শিক্ষার্থীরা বই বন্ধ করে অন্ধকারে বসে আছে। এ কারণে সে পড়াশোনায় মনোযোগ হারিয়ে ফেলে। তারা কোন পরীক্ষার আগে রিভাইস করতে পারে না। এছাড়া দীর্ঘ সময় লোডিং চলতে থাকলে অন্যান্য সমস্যা দেখা দেয়। সন্দেহ নেই লোডশেডিং একটি বড় সমস্যা। এটিকে অনিয়ন্ত্রিত রাখা উচিত নয়। জনগণের দুর্ভোগ লাভ হবে এর সমস্যা সমাধানের সমস্ত প্রতিপক্ষকে এগিয়ে আসতে হবে।
